We strive to reach our potential as followers of Jesus through small groups where we pray and learn together.

We grow together to become disciples of Christ in a variety of ways. Some of the ways that we can experience growth is through the small groups and Sunday School classes that are offered. 
Small groups that we have offered recently include:

• Beth Moore Bible Studies
• Mickey Efrid Bible Studies
• Sisters Bible Studies
• Men’s Studies
• Spiritual Gifts Studies
• The Lucy Show Bible Study
• “Just Walk Across the Room”
• “Beginnings:  Habits of the Heart”
• as well as others which allow for personal reflection and growth.

Our Sunday School Classes offer experiences on Sunday morning beginning at 9:45 a.m. for all ages.  Adult classes are varied and offer many different opportunities.  Currently the adult classes include the following: 

Chi Rho Sunday School Class

The Chi Rho Class meets in room 104 in the education wing and is led by Betty Barnhardt each week.  The class welcomes anyone—single, married, seniors—-who would like to join a friendly open class who enjoy fellowship and the Word of God.  Study materials used in the past have included books by James Moore, short term Bible studies and other popular books.  This is a discussion type class who also have social events monthly for fellowship.

Epworth Sunday School Class

The Epworth Sunday School Class meets each Sunday in the Widenhouse Building (the brick building behind the church)  with Gene Rector as teacher. The class uses the International Bible Lesson series. This class is a class that is made of a mixed age of adults and uses a lecture/discussion  format. The class is a caring, loving,  Bible centered class that boasts the best coffee around.  Everyone is        welcome!
